Sylvanian Families Country Manor Mansion With Working Illuminated Chandelier

This Sylvanian Families Country Manor Mansion has three levels, the ground floor, the second floor, and the rooftop terrace. They simply sit on top of each other, so no instructions are needed for assembly. The illuminated chandelier works perfectly. To illustrate this, one photo shows it switched on, and another photo shows it switched off. I have included two AAA batteries, which are already installed in the chandelier. The Mansion is in perfect condition, apart from two flaws. The front door stays perfectly shut, but if you open it, it will lean slightly because the top hinge is snapped. This could be remedied by glueing. On the other hand, if anyone plays with the Mansion by putting Sylvanian furniture or characters inside, obviously they will put them in through the open back of the building, so the buyer might prefer to leave the front door as it is. The other flaw is on the handrail for the staircase which attaches to the rear of the building. As the photo shows, two spindles are missing at the top of the handrail, and one missing at the bottom. But this does not prevent the staircase from attaching perfectly to the building, as the photo shows. Of course, the buyer might prefer not to attach the staircase at all. The Mansion is 39cm tall, 41cm wide and 21cm deep.
