Joe Browns Black Patch Work Dress Tunic Size 8 Halloween. Read Description WC209

I am just over 5ft and this item sits so that the light colour is on my groin area and just doesn't look right, see pic 8. I have had it a long time stored in a canvas wardrobe in the attic. Presumed worn and washed once. Unfortunately I have noticed on the bottom patch of webbing that the ends of the stitched stitching have come out (if you know joe browns well, this may have always been like this) if pulled nothing happens. I could cut them off or sew them back in but I would rather the new owner do what they feel is right, see the last 3 pics (the stitching does not go through to the other side and there is another layer of material).
