Dark, dramatic and full of history. Dimensions 62 x35 cm or 24.4" x13.7" Genuine early 20th century baroque revival wall mirror. The back is stamped "Patents applied for" dating it circa 1920s-1930s. Made of heavy moulded composite/early resin typical of pre-war manufacture-possibly Bakelite. Perfect for gothic, dark romantic, witchy or maximalist interiors. ***CONDITION (please read)*** The frame has previously snapped cleanly in half. There has been an attempted glue repair, but was not done well cosmetically. However the frame is screwed securely to the backing which is currently holding everything in place and the mirror can be hung on the wall as it is. ***REPAIR ADVICE*** Use two-part epoxy or polyurethane adhesive, clamp or tape the joints firmly for 24-48 hours.
