Fabulous and fun "Fedoria" fascinator. The cap is heavily covered in overlapping rows of black & silver sequins. Black mesh trim and veil. The veil has scattered large black sequins. I believe it's from around the 1980's. It has a elastic strap that is dried and no longer stretchy. Needs a new one if you want to wear it that way or use a hat pin. Very nice condition. No damage to the mesh. The cap looks a little misshapen in a couple spots and there are a couple rows of loose sequins in the front. Could use a couple stitches or drop of glue. They are not falling of, as they are all attached in a row. I ship same or next business day.
