This listing is for a gorgeous modernist turtle brooch by Beau. Love the detailed form, textured surfaces and especially the feature of elevated silver "cage" overlapping green glass cabochon that forms the shell of this creature. It adds a great deal of dimensionality to this brooch.
The brooch measures roughly 1 1/4 x 1 1/8" and weighs 12.6 grams. The piece is in good vintage condition. There is some subtle surface wear and tarnishing present. As we all have our own preference in regards to the surface finish we like on our jewelry, I will not be doing any cleaning/polishing of this piece. I'll leave that decision to the buyer.
