This console bowl was made by Tiffin Glass in the early 1900s. It is 3 1/2” tall and 9 1/4” in diameter. It is a frosted emerald green with hand painted trim of flowers and a gold embellishment and gold rim around the upper edge. It has some slight marring of the finish on the inside that is noticeable mostly when held up to the light (see photo #5). In otherwise great shape for its age. It does have a lovely glow under black light.
