Rare & vintage "Poppytrail, Metlox, Vernon" California Pottery Cookie Jar in the Sculptured Daisy Pattern. There are Embossed White Daisies on a Matte Finish.
Pattern started in 1964 and discontinued in 1983.
Topiary-Shaped Footed Piece measures 8 1/2" tall by 7 1/2" across. Ceramic Foot or Base measures 4 3/8" across.
Jar is in very good vintage condition.
Blind embossed on the bottom - "Made in California, Poppytrail".
Can be used as a Cookie Jar, or as a decorative piece such as a Planter or Holder.
