I made this custom art slab for the Surfing Pikachu V card!
You will get the slab and the authentic Surfing Pikachu card from the Celebrations Collection inside of it. I pulled the card straight from a celebrations tin.
The slab is snapped shut but could be open using a guitar pic if you wanted to open it. It won't open unless you purposely open it.
This is a great art piece to display for any Pokemon fan!
