Amazing piece of history. Elegant creamer with scrolled handle and details from the Edwardian Era

The bottom part of the Cramer / vase is moss green and is absolutely stunning.

There are so many possible uses other than just for a creamer.
There is a chip at the front spout of the pitcher.
HISTORY OF MARK: The maker is unknown, but this item has a red mark on its underside, with the faded words “Made in Czecko-Slovakia (with a hyphen)” that are inside of a circle. The hyphen is very faded, but the words “Czecho” and “Slovakia” are on two different lines to emphasize that there was/is a hyphen present.
