This card is among the most difficult Aaron Judge rookie cards to obtain.
In 2017, Topps partnered with Sports Crate to create an exclusive 50-card set of MLB cards. Sports Crate was a subscription-based concept that mailed a monthly mystery box of officially licensed goods and experiences. For a fee, fans received a box each month with items associated with a specific team. Each monthly mystery box contained one card. Five players on 10 teams (50 cards in total) were printed in the set.
Topps also created a limited foil set that was randomly inserted in 10 percent of Sports Crate team-focused subscriptions. THE CARD OFFERED IN THIS LISTING IS NOT A FOIL CARD.
2017 Topps Sports Crate baseball cards have two different sets of numbers, with the first set featuring one card for each team. The complete master set corresponds with the second number and had 50 cards distributed via Sports Crate throughout the season.
