This dress is a true vintage find and is made in the USA. It's screaming New Years Eve party dress with a major Y2K vibe
It does have a flaw. The straps stitching on the shoulder is breaking loose and needs sewn back together. There is also a stain near the longest point on the back side. See this in last two photos.
