HOW TO USE
Cut out your fave INKED design. Peel off the plastic top sheet, place and press the tattoo face down, and wet the tattoo paper with water until it is completely soaked through. Press and hold down in place for a few seconds, then gently peel up paper to reveal your INKED!
For nail art designs: apply two thick layers of clear top coat to seal on your nail.
