Pretty vintage Leslie Fay 1970’s maxi dress and jacket set. Jacket has a quilted look and multiple colors of blue accented with silver thread. Maxi dress has a slate blue skirt and bodice that matches jacket. No material indicated but they are very thin and lightweight, I would say polyester.
