It's previously owned and used and in good pre-owned condition with some scuff like spots in the back, but no other defects or problems. I'm not sure if the spots in the back are scuffs or they are stains. I did not try removing them. They'll be pretty much difficult to be notices on the beach because of the sand and water. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
