It's previously owned and used and in good pre-owned condition with one tiny stain and it seems like the fur got contact with something hot, and it burnt a little. It is not felted, or melted. It is still in great condition. It just shows the shortened fur unlike the inside. You can compare the pictures that shows the front and inside fur. Also, there's a small stain on the white part. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
