Vintage Hat / Coat Rack Salt and Pepper shaker set and toothpick holder. The hats and base are ceramic. Metal stand. I do not see many bases like this one.
No chips or cracks. The edge around the rim of the bottom holder area feels a little rough. It looks like it has small raised pieces around one side of the edge. They do not look like chips. There are no chips or cracks on the hats. Both hats have their wooden corks.
Sticker on bottom of stand says Norcrest Fine China Japan. Both hats say made in Japan.
Stand is approximately 6.5” tall x3” wide. Hats approximately 1.75” x 2” wide
