Outer jacket has no writing, markings, cut corners or punch holes. Top seam has neat split in middle for about 3" (see pic) otherwise in excellent condition. Plain paper inner sleeve with no splits. Record has been cleaned and appears EX under direct sunlight with nice gloss and rare light superficial markings visible. Record spot plays clean and clear
