This Elliott's tie from the 1960s is made of Irish Poplin, a blend of silk and wool, and hand-woven in Ireland. It was designed for Ashford Castle and probably sold in its gift shop. The tie is a deep burgundy in color, and embellished with embroidered whales and sea birds in light gray. This tie is 2.25" wide at the widest point and just 50" inches long. It is in excellent condition with no stains, moth holes, or other damage.
