In terms of condition, it's a beautiful magazine from the 70s! The main issues that I see are the top left and bottom left corners, but the spine overall is flawless, no spine ticks whatsoever! That said, the book could still benefit from a press and clean. Specifically the back cover needs a clean. I could see this book reaching NM+. That's said, I am not a professional grader so please look at the photos and judge for yourself!
