Water resistant, Has Velcro closures, adjustable neck, elastic on the under belly, and leash tab. Lined with medium-thick fleece soft liner for fall/winter. Tag says large, but it fits more like medium; up to 35-40lbs depending on breed. Too small, for my Golden. VERY VERY EXCELLENT QUALITY
