The diapers are clean but they are stained as shown in pictures. I have only washed them I have not tried to get the stains out so I'm not sure if that can be done. Besides the stains they are in great condition.

My dog just got fixed but I put a pair on her so you can see how they fit. She is around 80 pounds. They fit her but if she was to gain any weight they would not.
They are easy to get on. You put the tail through the hole then wrap the straps around and Velcro like a baby diaper. They are very secure. She was good at keeping them on. I would put them on her at night and she would still have them on the next morning.
