Includes two fold-out maps (one very large, see pic). NOT an Ex Lib. Hardback with dust jacket. This is from the estate of a decades-long materials engineer with the Missouri State Highway Dept. Jacket: POOR. In tatters (see pic), taped together, still fragile, unclipped flaps. Did its job, however, because it protected the covers which are GOOD, moderate edge rubs, bumps, slight fading around edges, tilted front-over-back. Inner pages VG. Owner's name written on inside front blank end page, occasional soiling, tanning, no further markings, highlighting, tears, holes, or other flaws. Tightly bound. Rating GOOD despite the POOR jacket due to condition of volume itself.
