Beautiful i think it’s enamel
vintage cream tray with a very pretty design border and it has a pretty design in the center and the edges. The design is like a very faded antique gold color, antique copper color there is spots and stains throughout, especially in the corners the main one is this like orange I’m not sure if it’s paint or something. I wipe the tray down and I can’t get that yellow stuff off. Maybe if you have like paint or something you might be able to get off but the little spots and stains aren’t bad. It’s still in really good condition for its age. I’m guessing 1960s 1970s. It is 16“ x 10 1/2“ inch tall possibly a makers mark on the bottom but the original owner covered it with felt I’ve seen similar online from 100 to 125$
