These are Williams-Sonoma Nordic Elf napkin rings, originally released in 2008. The design is inspired by classic Scandinavian holiday illustrations and features charming red-cheeked elf figures. According to the original packaging, the artwork was inspired by Christmas-themed illustrations by celebrated Norwegian artist Svein Solem.
