The upright hook can spin inside of its base
Measures about 10” tall by about 5” wide at base
Figures may be some sort of resin—not sure—but they somewhat resemble glossy pottery pieces; piece is a little heavy with a weighted base
Good condition; no chips, cracks, or breaks; some white spots on underside of base (see last photo)
