Beautiful vintage Vietnamese framed silk painting. This painting is signed. The frame is wood with glass and measures 11 3/4 in wide by 15 1/4 in tall. The backing is thick cardboard. Seems to be the original frame. The thin sheet of brown paper that would typically be attached to the back of the frame to cover the cardboard is missing, most likely from age and wear. As you can see in the picture, the frame has some minor scratches due to typical wear, but the frame is made out of wood, so these could be easily polished up painted/stained and repaired. The hanging wire seems to be original. This is a must-have for anyone who loves Asian decor or for any collector of this type of art.
