Vintage Mid-Century Set of 5 Green Ceramic Coffee Tea Mugs 8 oz Japan - UNUSUAL!
These mugs are the most cheerful things going... the bright and vibrant green doesn't quite come across in the photos, nor does the pastoral scene which wraps around each one. They have a 50s-60s look to them. The shape and woven/textured bands at the top and bottom can be found in Decorama and Norleans Japan-made mugs from the era, but these do not have a brand or any comps I could find. They are unique!
Condition: good overall, some of the mugs show tiny chips to the glaze or areas of uneven glazing around the lower textured band, please see close-up photos for details.
