Vintage 1951 Better Homes and Gardens Garden Book.
This hardcover 5-ring binder notebook is in "I'm lucky to still be around" condition. There are some issues but overall, it's still very readable.
There are some great graphic inside. I can see this being used to create junk journals, scrapbooks, or hey, how about a gardening book!?
The covers are in worn but good condition. There are a few pages that have torn loose from the ring binders. You could put some of those reinforcement rings on the pages and fix that. There are a few pages with water damage. But it is just on the edges of the pages. But like I said, this book is still in good-fair condition considering its age. It's my job to tell you all the flaws but they sound much worse than they are. Please just examine all photos.
