These were sold by The Avon Gift Shop in Avon, CT. The back tag reads "#8106 Bridge" & "#8061 Eng Home". These almost have a hologram / metallic affect. I believe they are referred to as foil art. The frames show signs of wear with dings and chips and loss of paint in areas as pictured. The English home piece has some crinkling of the paper. Measurements are included in the photos. Depending on the lighting and angel the images have a different luster/shine (picture 2 & 3).
