This is a RARE gold and powder-blue spearhead Elgin American compact, complete with its original puff!
This beauty is in excellent condition and features a reflective mirror with only a slight bit of haze. The Washington D.C. emblem looks stunning against the light-blue background. Tiny crystal rhinestones detail the Capitol, with only two missing due to age.
Inside, you'll find two interior pans: one for powder (empty) and another that still contains lip rouge. There are light surface scratches throughout, but overall, the blue enamel is in excellent condition for its age. The clasp and hinge are both in working condition, ensuring this compact is as functional as it is beautiful.
