This is a vintage green LE Smith Moon and Stars glass canister jar. It measures 6 3/4 inches tall and 5 inches wide. The jar without lid measures 5 1/4 inches tall. There is a manufacturing defect on the jar that looks like a crack but it is not. It is what is referred to as a straw line. It is from an issue when it was in the mold that causes ripples or lines. I did my best to get close up shots of it. As you can see there are ripples in the line which shows it is not a cracks but a weird raised line. There are no other issues with the jar.
