It is a traditional hand-knitted product from Scotland, and is a "tea tag" product, which is attached only to the highest quality hand-knitted products, a testament to the fact that they are all hand-knitted by skilled A-rank craftsmen.

This is an extremely rare item with a design featuring a blue lion.
