This is a cut-off design knit cardigan from MSGM.
The size is S, but it feels a bit large even on me, and I'm 178cm tall, so it actually fits like an L.
The hem and cuffs have a rough cut-off design, and the texture that looks like fuzzing or pilling is part of the original design. It's a piece with a fashionable, brand-like feel.
Worn about 5 times.
There is a feeling of wear, but no noticeable stains or damage.
