Although unopened, there is some tearing near the upper left of the shrink wrap (outer bag) due to storage, and there is dirt on the adhesive part of the shrink wrap (see images 3 and 4).
It has been carefully stored in a dark place, and the condition is good except for some tearing and dirt on the shrink wrap.
Since it is unopened, the condition of the record surface has not been confirmed, but it is unused and unplayed.
