Out of Print, First Edition: "D'Angelo and Neo-Soul" Book, BMR Editorial Department, P-Vine Book

Product: This is a music theory book by the BMR editorial department, focusing on neo-soul, featuring the history of the genre and numerous valuable interviews with D'Angelo, the great music artist who sadly passed away in 2025.

Also, interviews with many great artists related to D'Angelo are included, such as:

Tony Toni Tone, Erykah Badu, Rahsaan Patterson, Jill Scott, Raphael Saadiq, Musiq Soulchild, Omar, and Bilal.

Condition: Purchased new upon publication in 2012, read immediately, and then stored on a bookshelf. Read about 2-3 more times since then, so the condition is relatively good.

I have marked it as "slightly scratched or stained" because of the following:

① A wavy scratch on the top of the book (I think I scratched it when putting it on the bookshelf)

② Due to the nature of the paper, there are some fine scratches on the cover when held up to the light, possibly from fingernails while reading (I have taken photos of several spots, so please check them)

③ I'm not sure because it was over 10 years ago, but the obi (sleeve) may have been missing from the beginning or I may have discarded it (I found images of the book with the obi when searching for this item)

I have judged the condition mainly based on these points.

There is no fading, tearing, wetting, folding, or writing with pens, which are usually concerns.

In this book, you can learn the overview of neo-soul in detail, and it is a very valuable book where you can glimpse the musical views and personality of the great musician D'Angelo.

After purchase, I will take measures to prevent water damage and ship it promptly, but please be aware that there may be delays if the order falls during the year-end and New Year holidays.
