This is a Masterworks Fine Pewter figurine from the Limited Editions collection by Peter Sedlow. It is called Keeper of the Fire Lamp, which is a conjurer bursting out of a lamp in an explosion of crystals and flames. There are diamond cuts in the metal to give it shine in addition to the crystals throughout. The clothing of the wizard is an iridescent blue/purple and the flames are an iridescent red/orange. Including the base, the piece measures about 10" tall. The base is 4.5" across. There is no box or original packaging with this piece. The figure is without flaws and all crystals are in place.
