Vintage pressed steel toy helicopter by Scale Models, marked “SCALE MODELS – MADE IN U.S.A. – DYERSVILLE, IA” on the body. Solid metal fuselage with plastic cockpit canopy, plastic main rotor and tail rotor, and metal skids. Measures approximately 10 inches long.
Features a functional hand-crank winch mechanism with string and plastic hook. The metal crank turns and the winch winds and releases the string as intended. Rotor spins freely. This is a skids-only version with no wheels and no decals, finished in original army green paint.
Condition is good vintage used with honest wear from age and play, including surface wear and minor paint loss. No major dents or structural damage noted. Plastic components appear intact. Please review photos closely for condition and details.
