40-50s Duchess Doll Japan? Knickerbocker Stand Cowboy Outfit 7.5" Open Close Eye

I will try to explain what I know about this doll as told by another very kind Seller.: This little cowboy isn't a Knickerbocker Doll, only the stand is from that company. The doll itself might be from the Duchess Doll Corp. and possibly a "Dress Me Doll". Since the costume is stitched on, unless I undo it, I wont be able to see its back, and to see the mark. Duchess Doll Corp. is one of a very few companies back in the 50's to mark their hard plastic dolls. They actually had 2 versions of their dolls, this one came later in the 50's. The first ones had molded fingers and bowed arms. The 2nd version had unsplayed fingers, straighter arms. Arms and Head moves, legs do not. It is also possible this version wasn't sold as a "Dress Me Doll". This would mean this doll's original costume was removed and it was a "Display Doll" at one time.
