Overall good condition in my opinion but the fleece does look a little bit worn from age. I have NOT cleaned this one at all since I didn't want to damage the fleece. It does appear to be pretty clean other than what appears to be a little bit of animal hair (most likely cat hair). It is made by Schuessler Knitting Mills of Chicago, IL and manufactured in Taiwan. The back is adjustable with a YKK zipper. I'm guessing it's from the late 1980's or early 1990s.
