Hi! This skirt is in excellent condition. It was worn once by me then washed, it just needs to be lint rolled. The lace hearts, roses and ribbon bows were hand sewn by me. I’ve also embroidered “one in a million” inside the first heart, a pair of beautiful swans in the other and two pretty doves. This was upcycled with a lot of love and patience, and it turned out so gorgeous ! This can be worn as a dress too! Perfect for Valentine’s Day
