Urban Decay Vice Mega Matte Lipstick in Oblivion, Discontinued Shade. Box included.
This is new (was my spare), however was stored upside down so color migration occurred at the tip of the lipstick. This has been wiped off, so the lipstick may look used in the photos, but it's unused and otherwise perfect.
Classic bullet packaging, and IMO the shade is a neutral cool matte dream come true.
