It's previously owned and used and in very good condition with one small residue like stain on the back by the hem, but no other defects or problems. I am not sure if the hoodie was originally short sleeved or if the previous owner cut them. I cannot tell as I am not the original owner and don't know the original version of the garment. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
