Satsuma moriage vase with double handles that is hand painted cobalt blue with gold gilt. Painting depicts Japanese immortal Kannen, Goddess of Mercy. Marked "Made in Japan" in black lettering over Mt Fuji and sunrise. Wikipedia - "Satsuma ware (, Satsuma-yaki) is a type of Japanese pottery originally from Satsuma Province, southern Kyūshū. Condition - No chips or cracks. Crazing can be seen on the base and just a couple scuffs. 2.5" diameter top x 6" tall.
