Cute, retro inspired tunic top - probably vintage but I am not sure

Y2K style dropped bubble hem - hits at the hips

Mixed media - the top part and the sleeves were made from a stretchy, ribbed fabric, the bottom part is a jersey fabric
80% modal rayon 20% wool
Pre-owned in good used condition with minor wear/ light pilling and light flaws. Has one small hole on the front at the belly part - not very noticeable since the ruched bubble hem. Has one small mended hole on the sleeve. Price reflects to condition.
