I usually wear a size 7 for sneakers, but went with a size 6 for these. They are a bit snug on me, but I usually wear them with black stockings, so it's not a problem. At least they don't fall off. Do note the website and the fit tip, a lot of people say they are snug, but because the shoes are leather, they are similar to Dr.Martens, you have to break in the leather!
Note the creases on the front!! I have attached a couple pictures.
