This camera powers on and all menu/settings functions are accessible. However, it displays a “Lens Error” message upon startup.
Condition details:
* Camera turns on
* Buttons and menu navigation work
* Lens is stuck in the extended/protruding position
* Sometimes the lens will attempt to open halfway but will not fully extend or retract
Because of this issue, the camera is being sold FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY. I have not attempted any repairs and am selling it as-is.
