This is a Parker 180 fountain pen made in the 1980s.
There seem to be various types of Parker 180, and this is the Insignia model.
The nib is two-sided, allowing you to use a medium nib on one side and an extra-fine nib on the other. It's supposedly 14k gold, but it's not stamped, and based on my research, there's a possibility I'm mistaken.
I haven't done a test write, but it doesn't seem to have any ink stains or clogs, so I think it should write normally.
It's in relatively good condition, but there are some minor scratches and stains, so please be aware of that if you are concerned.
