This is a rare bolt of Japanese-made Kurume Kasuri fabric.
Originally, this fabric was used to make domestically produced Monpe (work pants) for women for many years.
It was purchased directly from the manufacturer, and the cost was quite high even at the time.

This item is unused, so there are no creases, wrinkles, or pinholes.

Because it is a properly woven Kasuri fabric,
the pattern appears clearly on the reverse side as well.
(Unlike inexpensive printed fabrics)

It was stored in the manufacturing factory.
Therefore, there may be a slight odor, but
dust and debris have been removed, and it will be washed with a simple hot water and water wash.
It will be shipped with a simple ironing (for home use).
