Excellent Used Condition - The stainless bowl has been de-greased, washea, rinsed and sanitized and is ready for immediate food use. The bowl has a few slight scratches and in excellent condition overall.
The KitchenAid mixer shown in the pictures is not part of this listing. You are buying a 4 quart stainless steel mixing bowl only.
This stainless steel style 4 quart mixing bowl was made in the 1960s and was purchased as the second mixing bowl for a 4C KitchenAid model mixer and had little or no use. It was manufactured by Hobart Corp. for KitchenAid. It fits the model 4C. Kitchen Aid mixers and alen the model 4C KitchenAid mixers and also the model 3C KitchenAid so long as you are running your 3C with a replacement 4 quart sized beater.
This is a first generation version of this bowl and has the flat open rim edge which makes it easy to clean under the rim. It is also NSF certified for commercial sanitation. The newer second generation version of this bowl has the rolled edge
