Vest in a woven blue fabric with ribbon trim. I am not sure about the fabric content, but I believe it is a Cotton or Cotton Blend.
The ribbon has a scalloped wavy edge in green, black background, and red and white flowers, red hearts and green foliage
The ribbon trim is on the front and back
The lining is a slightly lighter weight and lighter color blue
There is a small snag on the back of the vest - see photo
